We are happy and bursting with pride at how our community has embraced the Wild Rock ComPassion Project! The project began with the simple idea that, together with our customers, Wild Rock should work to make Peterborough a better place for everyone.
With your help, the ComPassion Project is both raising critical funds and giving a greater voice to our partner organizations, who are working hard to preserve outlets for our passions or fulfilling the need for compassion in our community.
Launched last September, the ComPassion Project has already raised and granted over $70,000 in partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough.
ComPassion, what does it mean to us?
It's a play on words, combining both the words Passion and Compassion.
Passion: for the places we play
Compassion: supporting organizations who are fighting for social justice and equity within the City of Peterborough.
